A PROPOSED VISION FOR DEVELOPING THE EGYPTIAN UNIVERSITY ADMINISTRATION ROLE FOR APPLYING THE HYBRID EDUCATION

Abstract

The application of hybrid education is an issue for discussion in the university administration, which was adopted in conjunction with COVID-19, which imposed the development the role of the university administration in terms of planning, organization, employment, guiding and supervisory, using the descriptive approach. The research results, attested the weakness of the planning role of the university administration when applying hybrid education In terms of tactical and executive planning, and the weakness of the organizational role represented in the lack of qualified cadres, and the large academic burdens of the faculty, and the weakness of the employment role represented in the lack of interest in training, and the weakness of the guiding role represented in the neglect of providing an educational platform, and the weakness of the supervisory role represented in the neglect of periodic follow-up and the investigations recommended was made developing the five roles of the university administration by addressing these shortcomings.
