The main objective of this research is to determine the current situation of farmers' organizations in North Sinai from the point of view of the officials of the organizations and the beneficiaries of their services by reviewing the results of the seminars conducted with both categories (executives - members of farmers organizations). SWOT to identify the most important strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges, as well as the proposals of both categories to maximize the performance of farmers' organizations in North Sinai, The field data was collected from the respondents by the method of the seminars. In the month of 4 for 2011 and the month of 5 for 2013 and the study was based on its research based on qualitative methodology, The most important results obtained were that the majority of the cultivated farms in the farmers 'organizations in the officials' ring were vegetables, olives, peaches, citrus fruits and palm trees. The most important weaknesses were the lack of cooperation of the Agricultural Development and Credit Bank, and that the relationship is hampered by the high interest rates and the lack of repayment facilities, and the existence of an agreement between officials of farmers' organizations and beneficiaries in some of the main weaknesses such as neglect of small farms and focus on large farmers, The weak extension service provided by farmers' organizations to their members, while the attendees at the seminar on officials pointed out the lack of activation of the relationship between farmers and their organizations and limited to the distribution of fertilizers only, and the disruption of the activity of a large number of farmers 'organizations, while the most important strengths was the existence of a state of agreement between officials of farmers' organizations and beneficiaries of their services in some strengths Major organizations such as: the presence of organizations allowed to be the source of funding for the service of its members, the vast areas served by the organizations, the representation of organizations in all centers of the province, and the possibility of making marketing and production irregularities.
