IMPACT OF UNDERSTAND MEASUREMENT FOR TOURISM SECTOR EMPLOYEES ON INTRODUCING PRIVATE SERVICE: A TOURISM COMPANIES

Abstract

This study aims to shed light on the intellectual framework to study the effect of measuring the perception among tourism workers to provide a distinguished service by applying to category A tourism companies. The sample of the research was chosen from the employees of the tourism companies in category A in Cairo. Is valid for the analysis of the original (300) distributed, the search to realize the quality of tourism services is necessary, and that this has many positive aspects of the state and the economy in general. Thus, five factors in the study have been built to measure the employees' awareness of the quality of tourism services: the palpability index, the reliability index, the response index, the safety index, for tourists. It is important to study the factors that have an impact on the quality of tourism services. The results showed that there are statistically significant differences for the sample of the sample according to the individual variable. There is a significant effect of 1.27272, 1.28712. There are statistically significant differences for the sample of the sample according to the variable demographic factors. It was revealed that there was a significant effect that achieved an average of 1.29717. There were differences of statistical significance for the study of the sample according to the variable environmental factors, where it was found that there was a significant effect that achieved an average of 1.3688.
