BUILDING AN INDEX OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP SKILLS FOR WOMEN BENEFITING FROM CIVIL SOCIETY ORGANIZATIONS PROGRAMS IN NORTH SINAI GOVERNORATE

Abstract

This research aimed to build a guide to judge the level of knowledge and practice of entrepreneurship skills for women in entrepreneurship programs in civil society organizations in North Sinai Goernorate, Egypt. To achieve this goal, a set of indicators related to the different dimensions of entrepreneurship skills were identified based on the balance of previous studies in this field. These indicators covered the axis of interactive, human, analytical, technical, and intellectual skills. The results showed the significance of all the expressions’ correlation coefficients with the total degree of the evidence and the significance of the correlation coefficients of the components of the evidence with if,s total degree, and the value of the self-honesty coefficient of the evidence was 0.830, 0.795 for knowledge and practice, respectively, and With regard to the stability of the evidence, the results showed the significance of the correlation coefficient between the two halves The value of Cronbach's alpha coefficient of evidence stability was 0.887 and 0.854 for knowledge and stability, respectively, and the Guttman correlation coefficient for both halves of the scale was 0.786 and 0.730 for knowledge and practice, respectively. Which indicates the validity and reliability of the evidence to a high degree and the possibility of using it as a guide to judge the level of knowledge and practice of entrepreneurship skills for women in the beneficiary of entrepreneurship programs in civil society organizations in North Sinai.
